We showed the adjusted odds ratios for associations between variables and major complication after multiple variable regression. (a) Preoperative Hb level <13.8 had significant increased risk in developing major flap complications, (b) while postoperative Hb level <11.7 did not significantly increased risk of developing major flap complications. Free radial FA flap and fibular flap had less major complication comparing to anterior lateral thigh flap in both groups. Hb: Hemoglobin, FA: Forearm. |
